In addition to my regular yoga teaching schedule, I am
planning to add a daytime class specifically for home
educators. This class is appropriate for teens and adults. No
experience is necessary.
From personal experience, I know how hard homeschooling
parents work -- and how much they need a break from
time to time! Yoga is a great way to de-stress, relax and
renew. I have been teaching yoga since 2000 and have
taught teens at a number of venues including the
Homeschool Association of California's Annual Conference.

will be 1 hour and 15 minutes in length; pricing as follows:
I teach at the Sacramento Yoga Center located in the Curtis
Park Sierra 2 Community Center building. SYC is a lovely
studio with all necessary props including mats. Parents can
enjoy the adjacent park /playground and basketball courts
with their younger children, if desired, while their teens
practice yoga at the Center.
Based on feedback from those interested, I will determine
the class time. If you are interested, send me a note with
your scheduling preferences. Please forward this

- Teens (paid through charter funding): $12 per class
- Parents & Teens (private pay): $10 per class
- Teen + Parent combo: $10 first person, $6 for any
additional teen or adult from the same family
